Our experience with this company has been excellent from start to finish. Ruben's great communication, knowledge and fluency in English made everything much easier for us. He was able to put together a solution that works for our situation and even advise us in other areas and introduce us to other local artisans for other renovation needs. We were told the work would take three days to install our air conditioning units and Axel and Adrian were able to get it done in only two. They were both extremely friendly, professional and a pleasure to have around. So much so that we felt no issue with leaving them alone in the house while we ran errands. Wholeheartedly recommend, this is a company you can trust.

An incredibly professional company that you rarely come across here in France. The owner also speaks flawless English which benefits us who have not yet fully mastered the French language. We received a quote that was detailed and a few days later the work began, which was quite large and a bit complicated but it was done skillfully and with good humor and with the time margin that was set from the beginning. In addition, they were careful to ensure that we approved the end result, including the cleaning. Wise professionals! And it turned out well. 5 stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

From quotation to completion, this company was faultless. Ruben and his team were professional, friendly and efficient. The product is impressive, the price reasonable. They were punctual, completed the job even more quickly than promised, with minimum disruption and left the work areas clean and tidy. All our questions were answered with the added bonus that Ruben speaks excellent English. We are glorying in having a warm house in January and look forward to cool nights in summer. Very good service. The installation was rapidly efficient, so fast in fact I nearly missed it by taking my rather energetically friendly dog out for a long walk! Very good, exceptionally polite and extra care for your home and goods shown by installers. Particularly impressed that an extra fuse was installed over and above the initial work spec, then explained in full as they believed this added extra safety over the existing wiring...this was also completed into their lunch break. Time was also spent on fully explaining operation of the product. Highly recommended, especially with the aftercare, competitive pricing and humour.

I can only recommend Ruben for his professionalism and his execution of the task. His knowledge and advice were impeccable and the result is a cooling/heating system that we now have which is so well suited to our needs and our setting. It was not a simple installation; but, with his advice, we now have a system in our old house which is sympathetic to the surroundings and gives us all that we wanted. I cannot recommend Ruben (and his fellow Axel) highly enough. I particularly recommend Ruben to any of those reading this who are concerned that their grasp of technical French is limited. Ruben's English is perfect as is his work.
